Daniel Lett is a New Zealand born Clinical Psychologist, who completed his training at The University Of Waikato in Hamilton.
Following an internship at Taranaki Base Hospital he was awarded with his Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology. From there he continued to work with Te Whatu Ora, and has additionally come to work with Talking Point in order to increase the breadth of his practice and experience.
He has particular interest in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders. He has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and experience with Schema Therapy, Brain Based Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, and making music with his children.
