Kirsten has enjoyed working in a wide variety of settings since completing her studies in Clinical Psychology in 1990. Over this time she has helped people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and complex trauma, grief, adjustment difficulties and other life challenges.
Kirsten is solutions-focused and holistic, employing a comprehensive range of approaches adapted to the unique needs of each individual. Her compassionate presence helps her clients to find a sense of contentment and happiness, as she holds a confidence in their ability to reach their highest potential.
In her life outside work Kirsten enjoys being with family and friends, gardening, walking, biking, and photography. She has a deep love for and of being in nature.
